Dear Becky. Pt 2

Dear Becky, 

I was asked out by a guy who sometimes wears a vest. What is your take on this fashion choice? 5-stars or fashion faux-pas?

Dear Worried,
I once went out on a date with a very handsome man and I wasn't impressed with his clothing choice for our date. However, he was a really nice guy.  By the end of our date I didn't even think about his outfit. I was too focused on his smile. Why are you so concerned about his fashion choices? Is this person someone you are normally embarrassed by? If you like him, I wouldn't write him off so quickly -- especially if he is a quality dude. Also, as a part-time hipster, I'd say give it a chance -- I sometimes like a vest on a guy! However, if he goes full-out Aladdin on you -- pairing the vest with hammer pants -- you might try to point him in the right direction.
